Shipping policy

All orders go through a processing time of 24 - 48 hours. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number.

 

IMPORTANT: The CozyCub cannot be held liable for any packages lost or stolen after delivery. We collaborate closely with top-tier courier services that supply photo proof of delivery. Once this proof is given, we are not accountable for any theft of packages once they have reached their intended destination.
